How will it work?

My primary focus is on identifying the key problem that, once resolved, will lead to your most significant breakthrough.

I'm here to help you accomplish your key objective, using Key Results (OKRs) with a strong focus on communication and action. My work time is fractional but highly leveraged, I will be judged on objectives and progress towards objectives.Kick Off
At the start, we'll agree on:(1) A core objective (e.g., Improve eCommerce funnel conversion)
(2) Key results for completion by the end of the month (e.g., increase CTR by 3%)Thursday - Communication
We have a Thursday call to review progress and discuss actions.Friday - Action!
On Fridays, I work on actions based on our discussions and plans, emphasizing strategy and decision-making, not code or design execution.Retrospective
At the end of the month, we evaluate results and the overall objective. There are 2 main categories to assess here:
1) Objectives realised
2) Progress made towards realising objectives

Who am I?

I’m the Head of Product for a top 20 financial firm working with start ups and scale ups in the UK and US.

I'm a tech startup founder turned advisor with a track record of success. I've built a SaaS product from zero to an MRR of £60k+ per month. I've created numerous Business Applications from zero to one and worked with major eCommerce companies increasing conversion. I've been a Soloprenuer but also managed product teams of 10+. I excel in strategic vision and driving growth from Bootstrapped to Bluechip.

What would it cost?

This is completely dependent on the type of help you need and your desired outcome

I'm a fractional worker, it's not the same as paying a day rate or a monthly salary. The work I do will be progress and outcome orientated, not time related.The compensation agreement and terms will be agreed between us. I am open to outcome based bonuses and weighted approaches. Most importantly it must make sense for both parties.Initially we might need some time to understand how the fit will be and in these situations I may offer a free trial period.To get started, just click here and lets have a call.

Availability

I work as a Head of Product part time. On Thursday and Friday I have availability.
